DISC is a four quadrant behavioural model based on the work of William Marston (1893 - 1947) to examine the behaviour of individuals in their environment or within a specific situation. It is still one of the most effective tools for understanding the behavioural tendencies of yourself and the people you interact with each day.
DISC is an acronym for:
| Domain | DISC Behavioural Provile - Overview |
| Dominance | control, power and assertiveness |
| Influence | social situations and communication |
